These terms and conditions are an agreement between portaequipaje.es and you ("user", “you” "customer", "your", or "client"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the portaequipaje.es website and any of its products or services. 1. The Service
The service consists in an online store which, in addition to providing information about a set of products and/or services, allows users to electronically order products disclosed therein, under these terms and conditions. Portaequipaje.es is not responsible for the installation of the products sold, nor for their improper use or incorrect application.

2. Products and Contents
portaequipaje.es will do everything to ensure that the information displayed does not contain errors and that it is as accurate as possible. Any error will be promptly fixed upon detection.

All information about prices, specifications, products, promotions, and services may be changed at any time by portaequipaje.es, without prior notice.

Images shown on the online store aim to represent the final products, but they are illustrative only. Customers must check the product description before placing any order.

Product descriptions are made based on supplier specifications. portaequipaje.es is not responsible for inaccuracies in those descriptions or for user comments/reviews.

3. Orders
Orders must be placed by users aged 18 or over. All information submitted will have full legal effect to fulfill obligations under these terms.

By placing an order, users agree to the current terms and conditions. Orders are subject to payment obligations.

Orders will be shipped unless products are out of stock or there's a typographical error. Users must review all product specifications, add items to the cart, and confirm shipping details and payment method to finalize the order.

Before finalizing, users can review and correct their order. portaequipaje.es will try to fulfill all orders, but in case of unavailability, the customer will be informed and refunded if payment was already made.

After registering an order, the customer will receive an email confirmation. The order must be confirmed with payment. Once processed, a tracking email will be sent.

4. Payments
Prices shown are valid on the day they are displayed. Orders paid that day will retain that price, even if shipped later.

All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs are added to each order and shown during checkout.

5. Deliveries
Orders are expected to be delivered within the timeframes indicated in the description of each product or as stated in the Shipping Methods and Delivery Times. section, once payment has been confirmed. portaequipaje.es is not responsible for delays or issues due to incorrect or insufficient customer information.

6. Returns and Order Cancellations

portaequipaje.es reserves the right to cancel orders, especially if payment is not received within 2 days (for bank transfers).

Customers can cancel the contract within 14 days following delivery, without the need to provide a reason. The cancellation must be made by following the procedure established via email to [email protected]

Portaequipaje.es will acknowledge receipt of the request within 48 business hours.

In case of a valid cancellation, a refund will be issued within 7 days after receiving the returned products in perfect condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns must include the original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

portaequipaje.es may also cancel orders due to inventory errors or product unavailability. In these cases, the amount paid will be refunded to the customer within 3 days of notification.

We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products in new condition, unused, and with the original packaging intact, including accessories and manuals. We also accept exchange requests for another product, subject to availability.

7. Customer Support, Warranty, and After-Sales
For support or issues, contact us via the website or the listed contact options. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

Products come with a 3-year legal warranty (2 years for business clients), starting from the invoice date.

If a defect is found, report it within 2 months of discovery with order number and issue description.

Wear and tear or misuse is not covered. Products returned under warranty are verified. If misuse is detected, portaequipaje.es assumes no responsibility.

8. Data Protection
When registering or placing an order, personal data is collected for billing and delivery purposes.

Norsigma Unipessoal, Lda is the data controller and may share contact details with shipping carriers.

We strive to maintain confidentiality. By using the site, customers consent to data processing under these terms.

Note: The internet is an open network. We are not responsible for unauthorized access due to lack of security.

9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
